Founded by James Pickering and set in the tranquil High Weald, just a few miles from the bustling town of Tunbridge Wells, James’s Goudhurst premises has recently introduced the targeted disc treatment.

Having been a follower of IDD Therapy for several years, James and his team are delighted to bring IDD Therapy to patients suffering with chronic disc conditions.

“During my years as an osteopath I’ve always been interested in treating complex conditions – and disc problems are often the most challenging if patients have been suffering for a long time.

I’ve been keen to set up the IDD programme at my clinic as I’ve been impressed with the outcomes my colleagues in London have been achieving with the treatment.”

After just a few weeks, the programme is making a positive difference to James’s ‘difficult’ back and neck pain patients.
